SHIPPING TIME FRAME:
When placing your order, please note the following:
For all orders within Australia, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
For all orders outside of Australia, please allow 12-28 business days for delivery.
If you have not received your order within the time frame above, please contact us.
HOW DOES SHIPPING AND TRACKING WORK AFTER I CONFIRM MY ORDER?
As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order.
This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. The tracking number can occasionally take a few days to update, but if you've received the email with the tracking number, that means your order is on the way.
Your items may arrive separately depending on supplier. If you have not received all items ordered from within 3 days from receiving the first item from the same order, then contact us and we will follow this up for you.
Although we try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, we can't always guarantee specific timeframes and aren't responsible for any delays in shipping (as once the order is accepted by the carrier, it's then in their hands). But please let us know if you haven't received your item within three weeks so we can look into it for you.
Holidays and weekends can occasionally add slight delays, but isn't an issue for the vast majority of our customers.
With all the above in mind, we will do our absolute best to ship your order to you as fast as possible!
